I, Lonita B Kress (seller) have received

for the purchase of a NEUTERED / SPAYED adult MALE / FEMALE Shiba Inu

Seller guarantees said dog to be in good health/condition at time of shipping/pickup. Buyer has 72 hours from date of pick up to take said dog to a vet of their choice for a health check, if buyer does not take said dog to the vet within the specified time frame the health guarantee is null and void.

If it is found during the 72 hour vet check that said dog is not in good health buyer can return said dog to seller (at buyers expense) and seller will refund the purchase price (ONLY) . If said dog is shipped and is injured or dies during shipping seller is not libel and any recourse is between buyer and shipping company.

Said dog is to NEVER under any circumstances be sold or given to ANY animal shelter, rescue or laboratory. If buyer can no longer keep said dog for any reason he/she is to be returned to seller (at buyers expense) and seller will have the option to refund the purchase price. (Refund will depend on the reason for the return of said dog)

If legal action should become necessary for any reason buyer is required to come to Lawrence, Kansas (Jefferson County) and the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all expenses, including attorney's fees.
