Puppy Purchase Price (PET) $2,800.00 + $210.00 Kansas Sales Tax

DO NOT PLACE A DEPOSIT IF EITHER OF THESE TWO OPTIONS WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU AS DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Puppy is required to be SPAYED/NEUTERED by__________________ (6 months of age) Once puppy has been spayed/neutered and verification sent to seller, seller will mail puppy’s LIMITED AKC papers to buyer. If puppy is not spayed/neutered by 6 months of age (unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by seller) buyer will be required to RETURN said puppy to seller at buyer’s expense. Said puppy is being sold STRICTLY as a PET and is to NEVER be bred. Said puppy is to be registered ONLY with the American Kennel Club (AKC) and NO other registry. Sellers kennel name “GoldKress” is be added in the front of the puppy’s registered name on the registration papers. Puppy will be current on shots/worming and is guaranteed to be in good health at time of pick up. Puppy has a 72 hour “wellness check” guarantee and a 1 year genetic guarantee (from date of birth) and will be micro-chipped.

Buyer has 72 hours from date of pickup to take the puppy to the vet of their choice for a “wellness check”. If it is found at that time the puppy is sick buyer has the option to return the puppy (at buyers expense) for a full refund of the PURCHASE PRICE or to pick another puppy of equal value when one becomes available, (buyer is responsible for bringing the puppy back to seller) If buyer does not take the puppy to the vet in the 72 hr. time frame specified above the guarantee is null and void.

If the puppy should develop “genetic” problems within the 1 yr. time frame (from date of birth) buyer has the option to choose another puppy of equal value when one becomes available or receive a full refund of the PURCHASE PRICE. The puppy however MUST be returned to seller (at buyer’s expense) along with a letter from a certified vet stating the genetic disorder in order to receive a refund or to pick another puppy. Buyer is responsible for getting the puppy back to seller. If any puppy is returned for any reason other than health/genetic conditions there is NO refund or exchange.

Puppy is under NO circumstances to EVER be sold or given to ANY other person or to ANY rescue or animal shelter. If buyer cannot keep said puppy for any reason, he/she is to be returned to seller at buyer's expense.

Any breech of this contract in part or in whole by buyer will result in $12,000.00 in damages to seller and if legal action becomes necessary buyer will be required to come to Lawrence, Kansas Jefferson County and the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover any and all expenses including attorney fees.
